LPA Programme for Manager / Team Leaders

A behaviour lead People and Business Management Programme which has positive long lasting impact bespoke to you. 6 Days of training (face to face) / Work Place Improvement Project / Learning and Project Support (Teams/Tel/Email) over a period of 6 months. Facilitated by business experienced, knowledgeable, approachable, high energy trainers.
Ideal for current managers, potential managers and leaders who want to be more effective and with their people and business skills within the organisation.

LPA Programme Level 2

For managers with existing under- pinning leadership knowledge who wish to develop on a more personal basis. Concentrated focus on 10-12 'client identifiable' areas for business improvement.
Individual Psychometric (Delivered by BPS Registered Facilitator) based needs analysis for focused learning / Group 1 day sessions (10 - 12 different modules) / Variable programme - approx. 12 - 18 months.

Awareness days with variable interactive content weighting aligned with client requirements. Facilitated by experienced Mental Health Trainer and ICF Coach.
